THE DRESS HAS TO GET DIRTY (and that's okay)

Accept it.
Make peace with this idea.
It's a white fabric that rubs on the ground. It will get dirty, if you want to give it value and prominence. Because no one will see the beauty of your train if someone always keeps it bundled up in their hands.
It's white.

And white gets dirty. Even if you're careful. Even if you watch it too much.
After all, it only gets dirty underneath and at most on the hem.
Do you know when it gets dirtiest? When you hold the train that has rubbed on the ground and then you run your hands on the bodice, when you touch your made-up face and then grab the skirt, when you hold the train from underneath and by bundling it up you transfer the dirt from the bottom to the top with your own hands.

It has to get dirty even if you paid a lot for it, because to enjoy it you'll have to use it like a normal dress.
You only wear it once.
Then you wash it.
